RANDY CLAYTON, CFP®, CLU is Founder and a Principal of Clayton Financial Services, Inc., a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm formed in 1984 in Topeka, Ks. A graduate of Washburn University, Randy has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1981 and also holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter. Randy chairs the CFSI Planning Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. Randy is a Board Member of the Greater Kansas City Financial Planning Association, and a Trustee of the Washburn University Endowment Association. He volunteers for Rebuilding Together, an organization that repairs homes for low-income elderly or disabled citizens, and is treasurer of the Topeka branch. Randy is an instrument rated pilot, enjoys snow boarding, gardening and tennis and serves as treasurer of the Topeka Tennis Association. Randy is married to Debra Clayton, co-owner of CFSI, and they have three grown sons (empty nesters) and two dogs.
DEBORAH BAUSCH, RP(SM) joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in September 2000. Debbie is a Registered Paraplanner(SM) and currently serves as an Assistant Planner. Debbie volunteers with the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team, serves as secretary for the Jackson County Family & Community Education group, and is active in other community organizations such as the local crisis pregnancy center. Debbie and her family live near Hoyt and keep busy with custom haying and fencing in addition to their cattle business. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading, gardening, and photography.
CAROL COWGER joined Clayton Financial Services as Business Operations Manager in January 2010. As such, she is responsible for compliance, payroll and human resource issues as well as other operational duties to keep the business running smoothly. She is a graduate of Washburn University and has over 22 years of managerial and sales experience with AT&T. She is married and has three grown children..a daughter and two sons. She volunteers with the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. After hours, Carol enjoys gardening, reading, primitive rug hooking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
JEFF DISHMAN joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in April 2007. Jeff is in charge of Business Development with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a former University of Kansas Basketball Player and was the men’s basketball coach at Hayden High School for 5 years. Jeff serves on the St. Francis Hospital Foundation Board, is a member of the CFSI Meals On Wheels Team and is a volunteer at various charity events in the community. Jeff, his wife Tammy and son Caleb reside in Topeka. 
BARBARA HELLER, CFP® graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning in May 2005. She joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. that same month as an Assistant Planner. She was promoted to Associate Planner in 2007. Barbara is a member of the Financial Planning Association, volunteers at Birthright of Topeka and is a member of the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. She is married and lives in Topeka.
J.D. KAAD joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. as a Portfolio
Analyst in March, 2009. J.D. is a lifelong Topeka resident and a
graduate of Topeka West High School. He was awarded a Masters of
Business Administration degree from Washburn University, where he also
earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance & Economics)
degree. As a member of the Firm's Investment Team, J.D.'s
responsibilities include providing in-depth research & analysis for
the firm's investment portfolios in addition to overseeing financial
system operations. J.D. is a member of the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team.
TERRY MILBERGER, CFA® joined Clayton Financial Services in August 2007 as the Director of Portfolio Management. He has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kansas. Terry has managed investment portfolios for over 25 years and is a member of the investment team. Terry volunteers for Meals On Wheels and for Bridging the Gap, an organization that works to unite business, government and individuals to protect the environment.
CHRIS NOE joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in 1993 as an Administrative Assistant. She is now the Portfolio Administrator/Office Administrator and is responsible for a number of client services including managing the client database program and preparing investment reports for clients. Chris is a member of the United Way’s Young Leader’s Society and volunteers for the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. She has an adult daughter and son.
ELIZABETH YOUNG, CFP®,graduated from Kansas State University in December 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning and a minor in Business Administration. She joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in May 2005 as an Assistant Financial Planner and was promoted to Associate Financial Planner in 2007. Elizabeth currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Topeka Youth Project and is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the United Way’s Young Leaders Society. She and her husband, Adam, live in Vassar, KS with their two daughters.
